Products and Descriptions

Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are shopping from (USD, AUD or EUR) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and, for international orders, customs duties or import fees are shown or described at checkout or on our Shipping page. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Our Shipping page and Returns & Refunds page form part of these Terms. We currently ship to the United States, Australia and the European Union. Returns, refunds and the handling of damaged or incorrect items are described on our Returns & Refunds page.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law and EU consumer protection law, that cannot be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Flying Koala name, logos, images, text and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.
