Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item for a refund. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return
Email us at customerservice@flyingkoalastore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, since we can't be responsible for returns that get lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We don't charge a restocking fee.

Order cancellations
You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that, the order goes into processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it once it arrives under the policy above.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
